InfoWorld Product Review: Estel Tech Anywhere Aces Offline Mobile Apps

Organizations continue to pour effort and money into developing mobile apps at an increasingly fervent rate. However, many of these apps miss key features that distinguish a great app -- that becomes a daily essential tool -- from a mediocre one.

This week, InfoWorld reviews Estel Tech Anywhere. The product review, authored by Martin Heller, describes the challenges around mobile devices running out of battery without warning, unexpectedly rebooting and having to work offline. He discusses Estel Tech Anywhere's strength around these issues because of it's offline capabilities, made possible by its ability to control the front-end and the back-end of the application:

Supporting offline mode is a major requirement for mobile enterprise. With offline access, mobile apps can be used anywhere without requiring a constant connection. Not only will employees be able to work anywhere, offline enabled mobile applications can save businesses money on data plans.

In addition to praising Estel Tech Anywhere's offline capability, Heller highlights it's strength in database integration, use of standards, and low-code approach, which appeals to users of many different skill levels.
